Service Description
This program was developed by the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCH). Tai Chi is a low impact, gradual, self paced method to improve energy and build internal strength. The benefits are many but most visible, researched and reported in studies by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Arthritis Foundations include: improved posture, balance, breath control, and reduced pain and inflammation.
